Local pick-up information

For our valued customers in Central Scotland we offer a convenient local pick-up service for your Japanese Koi orders. As we currently only provide local delivery, (within 10 miles)  picking up your Koi directly from us is the best way to ensure your new aquatic companions arrive safely and promptly at their new home. This option allows for a personal touch and ensures your Koi are ready for their journey with minimal travel time.

We aim to provide a courier service in the near future.

All local pick-ups are by appointment only. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a convenient day and time.

Prepare for their journey

To ensure your Koi's safe travel, please bring a suitable vessel for transport. We will double bag your Koi and secure it with a double elastic band for added protection.

Your pick-up journey

Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and safe pick-up of your new Japanese Koi:

  1. Place your order online: Browse our selection of quality baby Koi and complete your purchase through our website.
  2. Schedule your pick-up appointment: Once your order is confirmed, contact us at 07908158654 to arrange a convenient pick-up time. All collections are by appointment only.
  3. Prepare your transport vessel: Ensure you bring a suitable, clean, and appropriately sized vessel to safely transport your Koi home.
  4. Arrive at our location: Come to Yard C 7 Gartferry Road Moodiesburn Glasgow G690JD, at your scheduled appointment time.
  5. Receive your Koi: We will carefully double bag your Koi and secure it with a double elastic band within your provided vessel, ensuring maximum safety for the journey.
  6. Safe journey home: Transport your Koi directly home and introduce them to their new environment following proper acclimatisation procedures.
